Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During peak spring season (March-May), processing may take up to 3 business days.
Shipping Methods
We ship via USPS First Class Mail for smaller orders and USPS Priority Mail for larger orders. All shipments include tracking information sent to your email. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days for First Class and 2-3 business days for Priority Mail.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders of $88 or more within the contiguous United States. Alaska and Hawaii orders may have additional surcharges. Free shipping orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail.
Returns & Exchanges
Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Due to the perishable nature of plants and seeds, we cannot accept returns on opened packets or living plants. If you receive damaged, incorrect, or defective items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace them or issue a full refund. Contact orchwood@gmail.com with your order number and photos of any damage.
